'B-wash' is designed for who has a half paralyzed body.
‘How can he make his hands cleaner from germs and dirt?’
His left body is not working well, he can only rely on his right hand and right leg.
Thus, his right hand must play the role of the left one.
In this context, it is even more important for him to keep his hands clean.
Because as much as he can do with the right hand, there are lots germs.
However, it is not easy to wash one hand for him.
Germs get into the body and cause diarrhea and other infectious disease.
But, rubbing with fingertips is not enough to kill all germs and even
it is very difficult to wash the back of the hand and between fingers.
